Bio

Jonathon “Jack” Kovar, JD is a health care attorney, founder & CEO of a technology firm, and an author and speaker. A graduate of the University of Houston School of Law, Kovar developed a revolutionary software system which enables health care providers to be compliant with health care laws and to profit and grow in an ever changing and challenging health care model. Kovar is the author of "The Compliance Complex," an operational guide for home health agencies and is the founder of the "Elite Provider Program" and "The Compliance Advantage" quality certification program. He is also a passionate and popular speaker at state and regional health conferences across the nation.

For over a decade, Jack has been an advocate and confidante for health care providers, entrepreneurs, and political & executive leaders, helping them start, secure, scale, and sell world-changing organizations.

Kovar resides in Austin, Texas with his wife Heather, and a bunch of kids, dogs, and unfinished projects.
