The Job

An Independent Business Ambassador represents GoodLooking products and services to entrepreneurs, athletes, artists, and executives in their sphere of influence. By helping them start, secure, and scale their business, you can build an amazing business of your own!

Independent Business Ambassadors connect with people. They build relationships. They empathize with and encourage entrepreneurs - and they empower them with the tools they need to build a beautiful business.

What will I do everyday?

That’s up to you. You set your own schedule.

In general, you will meet business executives (and people who want to start their own business) and tell them about GoodLooking’s software and services. You’ll show them how our products and services help them build a beautiful business. You’ll send them to our website or connect them with one of our Territory Directors. When someone signs up for our software or services, you get a commission!

Being an Independent Business Ambassador requires:

1. A network of entrepreneurs, athletes, artists, or executives that you can share our products with.

2. A willingness to share our products and services with your network via social posts, networking events, and other publicity that you generate.

3. The compassion, empathy, and emotional intelligence to build real, trusted connections with people.

4. A love of fashion, design, beauty, and craftsmanship. The best Ambassadors are the ones who can truly appreciate quality.

5. Physical, emotional, and intellectual fitness. This is not a job for lazy people. Ambassadors are the cream of the crop.

6. Honesty. You will underpromise and overdeliver. An Ambassador builds trust by never lying and always exceeding client expectations.

FAQs

1. Is this a salaried position? No, Independent Business Ambassadors are private contractors who receive commissions for selling GoodLooking products and services. If you are looking for a salaried position, please visit our Careers page here.

2. How much can I make? Your earning are strictly tied to your performance. An average software sale is approximately $32,000, which would give a commission of at least $3,200. The more you sell, the more you make.

3. Do I have to buy anything? Nope. Not a thing. There is no inventory to buy. You aren’t our customer and we will never treat you like a transaction.

4. Is this MLM? No. You don’t buy anything to join our team and you don’t make money by signing up other Ambassadors. You get paid to bring us clients.

5. So, can I build a team? Yes! You get 10% commission on everything you sell. If you build a team of Independent Business Ambassadors that you oversee, you will get an extra 10% of everything they earn. For example, if you sell $100K in products and services and you oversee two other IBAs who sell $50K each, they would receive $5K each and you would receive $11K ($10K in commissions for your own sales, and $500 x 2 - 10% of their commissions - for their sales).
