Are there any other fees or charges?
Sales tax (don’t blame us for that one).

Are there any contracts?
Not really. You will have to agree to the User License terms (standard stuff, like don’t steal or abuse the system). If you are in healthcare, you will want to sign our Business Associate Agreement (this protects you and your HIPAA data). If you are an enterprise client and want additional SLAs, support, custom programming or just want the security of having a formal contract, we have those available too. Just call us.
Who counts as a “user”?
Any active Employee account in the software that has access to the platform and accesses the platform during a given month. You will not be charged for employees who do not access the system, even if their account is active.
NOTE: Applicants and Clients are NOT considered users. You are only charged for employee accounts that use the platform.
Can I get a discount?
Probably not. Enterprise clients with more than 1,000 users might qualify for special pricing. Non-profits and charities might qualify for discounts. For everyone else, we’ve already done everything we can to make the software as cheap as possible. If you bundled all of our features from our competitors, your user fees would be approximately $360 per user. Ours is $10. We still love you, but don’t ask for a discount.
How often do you update the software?
The third Thursday of every month. Once you sign up for an account, you will start receiving our monthly software update emails that list all of the new features, bug fixes, and enhancements. Those features get deployed every month, with a three month “pre-release” preview option available so you can test them out.
What about customer support?
Everyone gets free customer support via our ticketing system and email. While we can’t make any guarantees, our ticket resolution times are currently under 24 hours. Enterprise clients can contract with us for dedicated project managers, guaranteed SLAs, etc. Just call us if you’re interested.
What about data imports? How difficult is it to get started?
We’ve made getting started as easy as possible. We have automated imports for most of your standard lists (clients, employees, leads, physicians, etc.). We also offer custom import and consulting services. If you have a complex dataset you need imported or a large integration to manage, just call us and we’ll be glad to fix you up.
