GoodLooking Law has been retained by the family of Aresly Jaramillo.
Ms. Jaramillo, a 20 year old recent graduate of Concord College, was killed when she was struck by a police vehicle while crossing the intersection of Elam & Cedarcliff in Dallas on Monday, August 5th.
The police officer was responding to a call when the accident occurred. He was in a marked car without the lights and siren activated.
The Dallas Police Department says that an investigation is ongoing.
GoodLooking Law has been retained by Aresly’s mother to get answers and to get justice for her daughter.
“We are all saddened by this tragic loss. Aresly was an amazing young woman who just graduated from college, with her entire life ahead of her. For her life to be taken in such a senseless manner is unthinkable. Her family deserves to know exactly what happened and who was involved. We are going to get those answers.” says Jack Kovar, lead attorney in the case.
